Welcome to CashEarn (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "CashEarn"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including all features and functionalities offered by CashEarn. By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our Platform immediately.

2. Platform Description

CashEarn operates as a get‐paid‐to (GPT) platform where registered users ("Members") can earn rewards by completing various tasks, surveys, offers, and activities provided by third-party partners. Members earn "Points" for successful completion of these activities. Points are digital tokens with no inherent monetary value and are used exclusively within the CashEarn ecosystem for reward redemption. CashEarn does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services integrated into our platform.

3. Acceptance and Modifications

Your continued use of CashEarn signifies your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications we may make from time to time. We reserve the right to update these Terms at our discretion, and we encourage you to review them regularly. Continued use of CashEarn after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Account Registration and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on CashEarn. Minors between 13 and 18 years may use our services only with explicit parental or legal guardian consent and supervision.
• During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
• Each person or household is limited to one account. Creating duplicate accounts or attempting to circumvent this restriction will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all earned Points.

5. Points and Reward System

• Points earned on CashEarn possess no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside our platform. They serve exclusively as a mechanism for obtaining rewards within our promotional system.
• All Point awards and reward redemptions are subject to our verification procedures. We maintain the right to adjust, withhold, or revoke Points if we detect suspicious, fraudulent, or policy-violating activity.
• Points are non-transferable between user accounts and remain valid only for use within the CashEarn platform.
• Reward availability and redemption options may change without notice based on our partnerships and business operations.

6. User Obligations and Conduct

As a CashEarn user, you commit to:

• Safeguarding your account credentials and immediately reporting any unauthorized access or security breaches to our support team.
• Using our Platform in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Refraining from using VPNs, proxies, bots, or any other tools to mask your identity, location, or automate interactions with our platform.
• Avoiding any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activities that could compromise the integrity, security, or reputation of CashEarn or harm other users' experiences.
• Completing tasks and activities honestly and in accordance with the specific requirements provided by our partners.

7. Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree not to:

• Participate in any illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities while using our Platform.
• Attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches for unauthorized benefits or advantages.
• Disrupt, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of our Platform, servers, databases, or network infrastructure.
• Use CashEarn to distribute spam, malware, or engage in harassment, defamation, or any harmful behavior toward other users or entities.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of CashEarn or any third parties.
• Share or sell your account access to other individuals or entities.

CashEarn reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and pursue appropriate legal remedies against users who breach these provisions. Violations may result in both civil and criminal liability.

8. Account Management and Termination

CashEarn maintains the right to, at our sole discretion:

• Suspend, disable, or permanently terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or engagement in prohibited activities.
• Confiscate or remove Points from accounts where fraudulent or suspicious activity has been identified or reasonably suspected.
• Close accounts that remain inactive for extended periods, as determined by our internal policies.
• Immediately revoke access for conduct that threatens the security, integrity, or proper functioning of our Platform or community.
• Require additional verification or documentation before processing reward redemptions or account-related requests.

9. Platform Modifications and Service Changes

CashEarn retains the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any features, services, or aspects of our Platform at any time without advance notice. This includes changes to reward structures, available tasks, Point values, and redemption options. Your continued use of CashEarn following any modifications indicates acceptance of those changes. We recommend checking these Terms regularly to stay informed of updates.

10. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

• CashEarn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service.
• We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, tasks, offers, or information available through our Platform.
• CashEarn, its affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Platform, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• You acknowledge that Points have no monetary value beyond the rewards available on our Platform, and any reliance on earning Points is entirely at your own risk.
• Our total liability to you for any claims related to CashEarn shall not exceed the value of rewards you have successfully redeemed in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using CashEarn, you agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the CashEarn service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
